TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
The Alfresco Club is owned and operated by Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to all registered members of Alfresco Club, and each Member agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
 
1. You agree to ensure you provide correct details when you apply for Alfresco Club Loyalty Card and your failure to do so may invalidate your Membership. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd in the event that any information provided by you changes.
   
2. Alfresco Club Membership is open to every one. Membership is accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd.
   
3. Members will be issued with a membership number and membership card. The use of this number/card is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions to the benefit of Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd. The membership card remains the property of Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd and must be returned upon request. Misuse of membership cards or program benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of benefits.
   
4. Membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by each member to whom the card is issued to. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits and other features, of the Alfresco Club Loyalty Card including these terms and conditions or to terminate the Alfresco Club program at any time. Although Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd will use reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect of all the terms and conditions of the Alfresco Club Loyalty Card. Any use of the program by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. Alfresco Club Loyalty Card will not be liable for loss or damage resulting there from.
   
5. Only individuals can apply for Alfresco Club Loyalty Card. Corporations, partnerships and other entities are not eligible to participate. Each member may only hold one Alfresco Club Loyalty Card and Membership cards may not be held jointly. The membership card may not be altered, tampered or modified in any manner.
   
6. If the Alfresco Club Loyalty Card is lost or damaged, a new card may be issued at a cost of Mrf 50.00 each replacement. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for stolen or lost membership cards.
   
7. Each successful applicant will receive a notification e-mail within 3 days of application and shall receive the Alfresco Club Loyalty Card within 10 working days. If the successful applicant does not receive notification or the card within 30 working days, it is the responsibility of the applicant to contact Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd to seek assistance.
   
8. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any errors or omissions within these terms and conditions. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
   
9. In case of a dispute, the decision of Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd shall be final and binding.
   
10. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failures or for fraud.
   
11. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd will implement reasonable measures to ensure Privacy of personal information of members. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of the Alfresco Club Program.
   
12. Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Fraud or abuse concerning Alfresco Club membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Cloud Nine Pvt. Ltd.
   
13. This service is provided on best effort bases. Your transaction may not get recorded to our database for many reason such as hardware, software, network and any other failure of the system. In such events we, the service provider should not be held responsible neither the holder of the card has the right to claim the transaction.
