You can obtain a Card after filling out our Card Application Form.
You have to notify us of the loss of the Card at the earliest. A replacement Card will be issued after payment of Rf50.
You are entitled to this Card because you are a privileged customer of Café Alfresco. As a sign of goodwill we are offering you this Card which will entitle you to a Point system amounting to 5 percent of every bill you are charged at any of our outlets: Café Alfresco and Saffron Café and Kitchen. The aggregation of these Points can enable you to redeem whenever you settle your bills at any of these two outlets.
Your accumulated Points will be stored in our computer system and therefore this information will not be lost even if you loose the Card. If you decide to make a replacement, we will give you a new Card along with the already accumulated Points from your previous card.

The percentage of reward Points may be changed according to extraordinary promotions conducted by Café Alfresco and Saffron Café and Kitchen. Customers will be notified of such extraordinary promotions. On all other occasions, 5 percent of the amount of each bill will be considered as reward Points.

It is your duty to produce the Card before settling the bill and specifically request the Cashier to reward and/or redeem Points to and from your Card. The staff and management will not be responsible for your failure to make such requests before you settle the bill.
You will be rewarded Points on request during settlement of all bills regardless of any technical failure of our Point system. However, redeeming of Points can be made only if the Point system is online. We therefore regret any such inconvenience that may be caused by such technical failure.
